Usui Reiki Course – Level II OKUDEN – Deepening Energy and Consciousness Work
The Usui Reiki Level II course is the next stage in the path of working with Reiki energy. This level deepens the practice begun at Level I and introduces work on more subtle levels – mental, emotional, and conscious. Level II expands the possibilities of working with Reiki by introducing Reiki symbols, which allow for more focused and conscious energy work – both for oneself and for others. This is the stage where Reiki becomes not only an energy method but also a tool for deep self-work and Reiki practice for others. Level II often brings profound insights, transformations, and changes in the perception of oneself and the world.
During the course, we focus on:
- deepening your understanding of Reiki energy and its conscious guidance,
- working with Reiki symbols and their meanings,
- practicing Reiki on others,
- working with emotions, the mind, and mental recordings,
- strengthening intuition and energetic sensitivity,
- learning to send Reiki remotely,
- deepening your personal and spiritual development,
- integrating Reiki into your daily life and conscious choices.
An integral part of the course are the Reiki II attunement (initiation), which:
- activates the Reiki symbols,
- expands the energy flow channel,
- supports work on the mental and emotional levels,
- enables the sending of Reiki remotely.
The attunement process works on the energetic, emotional, and conscious levels, and its effects—similar to the first degree—can develop gradually over time.
The course program includes:
- Reviewing and deepening knowledge from the first level,
- Reiki symbols – their meaning and application,
- Working with Reiki on the mental and emotional levels,
- Sending Reiki remotely,
- Working with intention and awareness,
- Ethics of working with energy in the second level,
- Grounding, protection, and energy hygiene,
- Practical Reiki exercises and exchanges.
The Usui Reiki course – second level is for:
- People who have completed the first level Reiki course,
- People who want to practice Reiki on others,
- People who want to deepen their Reiki practice,
- People ready to work with emotions and the mind,
- People in the process of personal and spiritual development,
- People who want to work with energy more consciously and precisely,
- People who feel that Reiki is a path for further development.
After the course:
- Participants receive a level two Reiki transmission,
- materials for further study and practice,
- a certificate of completion,
- access to the Reiki Circle*,
- and the opportunity to continue developing at subsequent Reiki levels.
*Reiki Circle – Individuals who learn Reiki with me – regardless of level (I, II, or III) – also receive access to the Reiki Circle, which meets every three months. During the circle, we practice Reiki together through various energy exercises, Reiki exchanges, and other forms of deepening our work with energy and consciousness. The circle is available both in-person and online, allowing everyone to participate in their own way.
