Usui Reiki Level I SHODEN – a path to working with energy and deepening your connection with yourself
The Usui Reiki Level I course is the beginning of a conscious path of working with Reiki energy. This stage focuses primarily on working with your own body, energy, and consciousness, as well as learning the basics of transferring energy to others. Reiki is a natural method of working with life energy, based on simplicity, mindfulness, and harmony. Level I allows you to open yourself to the flow of Reiki energy and learn to use it safely and intuitively.
During the course, we focus on:
- Learning what Reiki energy is and how to work with it,
- Developing sensitivity to energy and body signals,
- Learning self-Reiki – working with energy for yourself,
- Building mindfulness, presence, and inner balance,
- Beginning the path of awakening and working with yourself,
- Developing your energetic and mental abilities.
Level I is the foundation of all Reiki practice and a profound personal process.
An integral part of the course are Reiki attunements (initiations), which:
- open the channel for Reiki energy flow,
- support the process of purification and harmonization,
- allow for the conscious use of Reiki energy.
The attunement process works on energetic, emotional, and conscious levels, and its effects can develop gradually over time.
The course curriculum includes:
- History and philosophy of Usui Reiki
- Principles of Reiki energy work
- Self-Reiki – practice and meaning
- Hand positions in self-work
- Basic ethics of energy work
- Grounding, energy protection, and hygiene
- Practical exercises and Reiki exchange
The Usui Reiki – Level I course is for:
- People who want to begin energy work,
- People who are ready to get to know themselves better and work on their lives,
- People seeking harmony, peace, and a deeper connection with themselves,
- People in the process of personal and spiritual development,
- Those who want to support themselves naturally without physical tools,
People with no prior experience in energy work – no special knowledge or preparation is required.
After the course:
- Participants receive a Reiki Level 1 transmission,
- additional materials for self-study and familiarization,
- a certificate of completion,
- access to the Reiki Circle,
- and the opportunity to continue practicing and developing at subsequent Reiki levels.
* Reiki Circle – those who learn Reiki with me – regardless of level (I, II, or III) – also receive access to the Reiki Circle, which meets every three months. During the circle, we practice Reiki together through various energy exercises, Reiki exchanges, and other forms of deepening energy and consciousness work. The circle is available both in-person and online, allowing everyone to participate in their own way.
